When you submit a commercial project request or contractor interest form, DMV Commercial Pros collects the information you provide, such as contact details, company information, project location, scope, budget, timeline and document names. Submissions are transmitted to a Google Apps Script intake service and stored in a restricted Google Sheet for follow-up and contractor-routing purposes.

We use submitted information to respond to requests, evaluate project or contractor fit, coordinate relevant introductions and improve the service. We do not promise that every request will receive a match. Do not submit confidential information, payment details, protected personal data or documents you are not authorized to share.

We use Google Analytics to understand website usage, including pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, referral source and interactions. Google may set or read analytics cookies and process usage information under its own terms and privacy practices. Browser settings and supported privacy tools may be used to limit cookies or analytics collection.

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed secure. You may request access, correction or deletion of your submitted information by contacting us, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
